Returns Policy
If you are not interested in the item you received, you can return it to us without cancellation fees and receive an expired site credit, or a refund, at your choice.
In the case of courier mail, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credit screen. In order to return the item, you must send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it, and ensure that it has not been used in any way, that it has not suffered any defect/damage, and that the product is packed in its original packaging.
Returns and transaction cancellations
We offer a full refund on orders from the date of the transaction until 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The customer will be entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with and subject to all provisions of the law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: the "Consumer Protection Law") and the regulations thereunder.
Below are the details of the conditions and the way in which the user can cancel the purchase transaction he made:

2. Cancellation of the transaction before the product is sent to the customer will be without additional charge, and the customer will be refunded the money he paid for the transaction, including shipping fees. A financial credit will be given in accordance with the law.
3. In the event of a transaction cancellation after the product has been shipped to the customer and after receipt of the goods at the company's warehouses, a full financial credit will be given. However, in the case of courier mail or Israel Post, the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer's credit amount.
4. The credit will be given on the condition that the product is returned unused and/or defective and/or damaged – and with the label on it as received by the customer. If the product is returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher). In addition, the company will have the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product. Also, the item – unused, in its original packaging – can be returned within 14 days of receipt. With the exception of items purchased on sale, which must be returned within ten days of receipt.
5. The credit will be transferred and refunded to the credit card used to make the reservation only, and in accordance with the credit card company's schedules and procedures.
6. No monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts as part of a decision by the site management.
7..Regarding products sold at a discount as part of a promotion and the customer expressed interest in returning them - the customer will receive a refund minus 5% of the item's value or a refund in the amount of NIS 100 - whichever is cheaper. As for products sold at a discount as part of a promotion for which the customer expressed interest in receiving a cash credit for use on the site (credit) - the value of the credit will be equal to the original amount she paid, without any deduction.
8. How to return the products – The purchaser must ensure that the product is returned to the company's offices and at his sole expense, and the company is not responsible for ensuring that it is returned in any way.
Exchange Policy
If you are not interested in the item you purchased / the size of the item you purchased, or for any other reason and you would like to exchange it for another item from our website - this can be done very easily.
For exchange, you must send the item back to us.
You can make an exchange from the same order without a handling fee - only once.
